بتنزيل التطبيق أو استخدامه أو استخدام الموقع المرتبط به، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية المنشورة. إذا لم توافق، يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق والخدمات.

2. وصف الخدمة

يوفر التطبيق مصحفًا للقراءة والبحث والتنقل بين السور والأجزاء، وميزات مثل العلامات، مشاركة الآيات، التلاوات، أوقات الصلاة، القبلة، الأذكار والختمات، وقد تتغير مجموعة الميزات مع تحديثات التطبيق.

3. التنزيل الأول والعمل دون إنترنت

عند الاستخدام الأول، يحتاج التطبيق إلى تنزيل بيانات المصحف والخطوط والموارد اللازمة لتجربة القراءة دون اتصال دائم بالإنترنت. قد يتجاوز حجم التنزيل 200 ميغابايت بحسب الإصدار، وقد تترتب رسوم بيانات وفق مزود الاتصال لديك. يوصى باستخدام Wi‑Fi.

بعد اكتمال الإعداد، يمكن استخدام المحتوى الأساسي للمصحف دون اتصال، بينما تحتاج ميزات مثل الصوت وبعض البيانات المتغيرة إلى الإنترنت. قد يتحقق التطبيق من تحديثات المحتوى بصورة دورية، بمعدل يقارب مرة أسبوعيًا عند توفر الشبكة.

4. أوقات الصلاة واتجاه القبلة

أوقات الصلاة واتجاه القبلة أدوات مساعدة تعتمد على الموقع وطرق الحساب والحساسات والخدمات المتاحة، وقد تختلف النتائج عن الجداول الرسمية أو المعتمدة محليًا. ينبغي الاعتماد على الجهة الدينية أو المحلية الرسمية عند الحاجة إلى حكم أو توقيت ملزم. لا نقدم ضمانًا بأن كل قيمة زمنية أو اتجاه سيكون مطابقًا تمامًا لكل معيار محلي.

5. التلاوات والخدمات الخارجية

قد تعتمد التلاوات وبعض المحتوى والخدمات المتصلة على خوادم أو مزودين خارجيين. لذلك قد تتأثر بالتوفر، سرعة الشبكة، سياسات المزود أو تغييرات الروابط. لا نضمن استمرار كل مصدر خارجي دون انقطاع.

6. الملكية الفكرية والمحتوى

حقوق تصميم التطبيق والكود والهوية والعناصر الأصلية الخاصة بالتطبيق محفوظة لأصحابها. لا يدّعي التطبيق ملكية نص القرآن الكريم. أما الخطوط والتلاوات والبيانات والمحتويات المقدمة من أطراف ثالثة فتبقى خاضعة لحقوق وشروط أصحابها ومصادرها.

لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو إعادة توزيعه أو الهندسة العكسية أو استغلال بنيته وخدماته على نحو يخالف القانون أو حقوق أصحابها، إلا ضمن ما يسمح به القانون صراحة.

7. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو الموقع أو واجهات الخدمات، وعدم محاولة تجاوز قيود الأمان أو App Check أو حدود الإرسال أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى الخوادم أو البيانات، وعدم استخدام نماذج التواصل لإرسال محتوى ضار أو مزعج أو آلي.

8. التوفر والتحديثات

نسعى إلى إبقاء التطبيق والخدمات متاحة ومستقرة، لكن قد تحدث أعمال صيانة أو أخطاء أو انقطاعات في الشبكة أو تغييرات لدى الأطراف الخارجية. يجوز تحديث التطبيق أو تعديل الميزات أو طرق العرض أو متطلبات البيانات لتحسين الخدمة أو الأمان أو التوافق.

9. إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق والخدمات «كما هي» بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون. نبذل عناية معقولة في الجودة والدقة، لكن لا نضمن عدم حدوث أخطاء تقنية أو انقطاعات أو فروقات في المواقيت أو الخدمات الخارجية. لا نتحمل مسؤولية رسوم البيانات أو فقدان اتصال أو أعطال ناتجة عن الشبكة أو الجهاز أو خدمات خارج سيطرتنا، بالقدر المسموح قانونًا.

10. الرسائل والملاحظات

عند إرسال ملاحظة أو اقتراح، فإنك تمنحنا الإذن باستخدام محتوى الملاحظة لأغراض الدعم وتحسين التطبيق، دون أن يعني ذلك نقل ملكية بياناتك الشخصية. يجب ألا ترسل عبر النموذج كلمات مرور أو مفاتيح أو معلومات حساسة لا نحتاجها.

11. App Store

تنزيل التطبيق وتوزيعه عبر Apple App Store يخضع كذلك للشروط والسياسات المطبقة من Apple. Apple ليست مسؤولة عن تشغيل الخدمات الخلفية أو المحتوى الذي يديره مطور التطبيق إلا ضمن ما تنص عليه شروطها.

12. تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط عند تطوير الميزات أو تغيير الخدمات أو المتطلبات القانونية. سيتم تحديث التاريخ أعلى الصفحة، وتطبق النسخة المنشورة وقت الاستخدام.

By downloading or using the app or its related website, you agree to these Terms and the published Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may stop using the app and services.

2. Service description

The app provides a Quran reading experience with search, Surah/Juz navigation, bookmarks, verse sharing, recitations, prayer times, Qibla, Adhkar, and Khatmah tools. The available feature set may change as the app is updated.

3. First download and offline use

On first use, the app needs to download Quran data, fonts, and supporting resources required for reading without a constant internet connection. The download may exceed 200 MB depending on the release, and your network provider may charge data fees. Wi‑Fi is recommended.

After setup, the core Mushaf can be used offline, while features such as audio and changing online data require internet access. The app may periodically check for content updates, approximately once a week when online.

4. Prayer times and Qibla

Prayer times and Qibla direction are assistive tools based on location, calculation methods, device sensors, and available services. Results may differ from locally official or religiously adopted schedules. Where a binding or official time/direction is required, rely on your local authorized source. We do not guarantee that every value will exactly match every local standard.

5. Recitations and external services

Recitations and certain online content may depend on external providers or servers. Availability can therefore be affected by network quality, provider policies, or changes to external resources. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of every external source.

6. Intellectual property and content

Rights in the app's original code, design, branding, and original elements remain with their respective owners. The app does not claim ownership of the text of the Holy Quran. Third-party fonts, recitations, data, and content remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners and sources.

You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or abuse the app or its infrastructure in violation of law or third-party rights, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, website, or service interfaces; bypass security, App Check, rate limits, or access controls; attempt unauthorized access to servers or data; or use contact forms for harmful, abusive, or automated spam.

8. Availability and updates

We aim to keep the app and services available and stable, but maintenance, software errors, network interruptions, or third-party changes may occur. We may update features, presentation, data requirements, or technical behavior to improve service, security, and compatibility.

9. Disclaimer

The app and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We use reasonable care for quality and accuracy, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, absence of technical errors, exact prayer-time agreement with every local authority, or continuous availability of external services. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data charges, connectivity loss, or failures caused by networks, devices, or third-party services outside our control.

10. Messages and feedback

When you submit feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use the content of that feedback for support and product improvement. This does not transfer ownership of your personal information. Do not submit passwords, secrets, keys, or unnecessary sensitive information through the form.

11. App Store

Downloading and distribution through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for backend services or developer-managed content except as stated in its own terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when features, services, or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be revised, and the published version applies at the time of use.
