1. نطاق هذه السياسة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق «القرآن الكريم - كتابٌ مُبين» على iOS، وعلى الموقع الرسمي المرتبط به وصفحات التواصل والخصوصية والشروط. هدفنا هو جمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الميزات وتحسين الاستقرار، مع توضيح ما يُعالج محليًا وما قد يمر عبر خدمات خارجية.

2. الاستخدام الأساسي للتطبيق

لا يتطلب استخدام المصحف والوظائف الأساسية إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل الدخول. لا نطلب منك الاسم أو رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني لمجرد قراءة القرآن أو استخدام المصحف. بعض الميزات الاختيارية، مثل إرسال رسالة دعم أو ملاحظة، تتطلب منك إدخال بيانات تختار تقديمها بنفسك.

3. بيانات الموقع

يطلب التطبيق إذن الموقع فقط عندما تكون هناك ميزة تحتاج إليه، مثل تحسين أوقات الصلاة أو المساعدة في تحديد اتجاه القبلة. يمكنك رفض الإذن أو تعديله في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS.

• لا نستخدم الموقع لأغراض إعلانية أو لإنشاء ملف إعلاني عن المستخدم.
• قد تتم معالجة الإحداثيات أو المدينة/المنطقة من أجل حساب أوقات الصلاة أو إرجاع النتائج المطلوبة من مزود خدمة مواقيت الصلاة.
• قد يحتفظ التطبيق باختيارك للموقع أو بعض إعدادات المواقيت محليًا على جهازك لتحسين الاستخدام.
• يبقى المصحف قابلًا للاستخدام دون منح إذن الموقع، مع احتمال عدم توفر بعض الوظائف المعتمدة عليه تلقائيًا.

4. البيانات المخزنة محليًا على الجهاز

لتوفير العمل دون اتصال، قد يخزن التطبيق محليًا بيانات المصحف والخطوط والفهارس وبيانات البحث والعلامات المرجعية وآخر موضع قراءة والثيمات والإعدادات وبيانات مساعدة أخرى. هذه البيانات مخصصة لتشغيل التطبيق على جهازك، ويمكن حذفها عند حذف التطبيق أو بحسب إعدادات النظام والتطبيق.

عند الاستخدام الأول، يقوم التطبيق بتنزيل الموارد اللازمة للعمل دون اتصال، وقد يتجاوز حجمها 200 ميغابايت بحسب الإصدار. بعد ذلك قد يتحقق التطبيق دوريًا من وجود تحديثات للمحتوى، بمعدل يقارب مرة أسبوعيًا عند توفر الاتصال.

5. خدمات Firebase والبيانات التقنية

يستخدم التطبيق بعض خدمات Google Firebase للمساعدة في تشغيل الخدمات وتحسين الجودة، وقد تشمل:

• Firebase Analytics: لفهم الاستخدام العام وتحسين التجربة، من خلال أحداث استخدام عامة ومعلومات تقنية متعلقة بالتطبيق والجهاز وفق إعدادات Firebase.
• Firebase Crashlytics: لتشخيص الأعطال والمشكلات التقنية، وقد يتضمن ذلك إصدار التطبيق، نوع الجهاز، نظام التشغيل، stack traces وبيانات تقنية مرتبطة بالخطأ.
• Firebase App Check / App Attest: للمساعدة في التحقق من أن الطلبات تأتي من نسخة شرعية من التطبيق والحد من إساءة الاستخدام.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: عند استخدام الإشعارات، قد تتم معالجة رمز تقني للجهاز لإيصال الإشعارات. لا نستخدم هذا الرمز لأغراض إعلانية.
• Firestore / Functions / Hosting: لتشغيل بعض الميزات والخدمات الخلفية مثل المحتوى أو الرسائل التي يرسلها المستخدم باختياره.

لا نقوم بإرسال نص عبارة البحث القرآنية، أو نصوص الآيات التي يقرأها المستخدم، أو App Check tokens أو FCM tokens إلى أحداث Analytics المخصصة لدينا.

6. التواصل والرسائل والملاحظات

إذا اخترت مراسلتنا من التطبيق أو الموقع، فقد نطلب الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ونص الرسالة. تُستخدم هذه المعلومات فقط للتعامل مع رسالتك والرد عليك عند الحاجة وتحسين التطبيق. يتم حفظ الرسائل مع وقت الإرسال وحالة المعالجة والمنصة التي أُرسلت منها.

يطبق الموقع قيدًا زمنيًا على الإرسال المتكرر للحد من الرسائل الآلية والإساءة. ولتطبيق هذا القيد قد تتم معالجة معلومات تقنية للطلب وإنشاء معرف تجزئة غير قابل للاستخدام كعنوان IP مباشر، ويُستخدم لهذا الغرض فقط.

7. الخدمات الخارجية

تعتمد بعض الوظائف على خدمات أو بنى خارجية، ومنها خدمات Firebase، مزود بيانات مواقيت الصلاة، وخوادم تقديم الصوت أو المحتوى. عند الاتصال بهذه الخدمات قد تستقبل الجهة المزودة معلومات تقنية اعتيادية مرتبطة بطلب الشبكة، مثل عنوان IP ومعلومات الاتصال، وفق سياساتها الخاصة. نحن لا نبيع هذه البيانات ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

يمكن أن تتأثر التلاوات أو أوقات الصلاة أو بعض الخدمات المتصلة بتوفر الطرف الخارجي أو جودة الشبكة.

8. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ برسائل الدعم والملاحظات للمدة اللازمة للتعامل معها وتحسين الخدمة أو الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والتقنية المعقولة. أما بيانات Analytics وCrashlytics فتخضع لإعدادات الاحتفاظ المعتمدة في Firebase وسياسات مقدم الخدمة. البيانات المحلية تبقى على جهازك إلى أن تُحذف أو يُحذف التطبيق أو تتغير حالة التخزين.

9. خياراتك وحقوقك

• يمكنك رفض أو سحب إذن الموقع من إعدادات iOS.
• يمكنك حذف التطبيق لإزالة البيانات المحلية الخاصة به من الجهاز، مع مراعاة ما يحتفظ به النظام أو النسخ الاحتياطية.
• إذا أرسلت لنا رسالة تتضمن بيانات تعريفية، يمكنك التواصل معنا لطلب الوصول إليها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عندما يكون ذلك ممكنًا ومطلوبًا بموجب القانون.
• يمكنك اختيار عدم استخدام الخدمات الاختيارية التي تتطلب اتصالًا أو بيانات إضافية.

10. الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب للاستخدام العام ولا يهدف إلى جمع معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. لا نطلب بيانات شخصية لاستخدام المصحف. إذا استُخدمت ميزة التواصل من قِبل طفل، فينبغي أن يتم ذلك بإشراف ولي الأمر عندما يكون ذلك مطلوبًا.

11. الأمان

نستخدم وسائل تقنية معقولة للحد من الوصول غير المصرح به، مثل الاتصالات المشفرة وخدمات App Check وقواعد الوصول المناسبة. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين إلكترونية يمكن ضمان أمانها بنسبة 100%.

12. التغييرات على السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة أو تغيير الخدمات أو المتطلبات القانونية. سنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» في أعلى الصفحة، ويُعد استمرار استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث خاضعًا للنسخة المنشورة من السياسة.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to “The Holy Quran – Kitabun Mubin” iOS app, its official website, and the related contact, privacy, and terms pages. Our aim is to process only the data reasonably needed to operate features and improve reliability, while clearly distinguishing local data from information processed by external services.

2. Core use of the app

Using the Mushaf and core features does not require an account or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or email merely to read the Quran or use the core Mushaf. Optional features, such as sending support or feedback, require information that you choose to provide.

3. Location data

The app requests location permission only when a feature needs it, such as improving prayer times or assisting with Qibla direction. You may deny or change this permission at any time in iOS Settings.

• Location is not used for advertising or advertising profiles.
• Coordinates or city/region information may be processed to calculate prayer times or obtain the requested result from a prayer-time provider.
• The app may keep your selected location or prayer settings locally on your device for convenience.
• The Mushaf remains usable without location permission, although some location-dependent features may not work automatically.

4. Data stored locally on your device

To support offline use, the app may locally store Quran data, fonts, indexes, search data, bookmarks, last reading position, themes, settings, and other supporting resources. These items are used to run the app on your device and may be removed when the app is deleted or according to system/app behavior.

On first use, the app downloads resources required for offline operation; the download may exceed 200 MB depending on the release. The app may later check periodically for content updates, approximately once a week when an internet connection is available.

5. Firebase services and technical data

The app uses certain Google Firebase services to operate features and improve quality, which may include:

• Firebase Analytics: for understanding general usage and improving the experience using broad usage events and technical app/device information under Firebase settings.
• Firebase Crashlytics: for diagnosing crashes and technical issues, potentially including app version, device type, operating system, stack traces, and technical crash context.
• Firebase App Check / App Attest: to help verify that requests come from a legitimate app instance and reduce abuse.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging: if notifications are used, a technical device token may be processed to deliver notifications. We do not use this token for advertising.
• Firestore / Functions / Hosting: to support backend features such as content delivery or messages that you explicitly submit.

Our custom Analytics events do not send the text of Quran search queries, verse text you read, App Check tokens, or FCM tokens.

6. Contact messages and feedback

If you choose to contact us through the app or website, we may ask for your name, email address, and message. This information is used only to handle your request, reply when appropriate, and improve the app. Messages are stored with their submission time, processing status, and the platform they came from.

The website applies a time-based limit to repeated submissions to reduce automated abuse. To enforce this limit, technical request information may be processed to create a one-way hashed identifier rather than storing a raw IP address, and it is used only for anti-abuse purposes.

7. External services

Some features depend on external services or infrastructure, including Firebase, a prayer-time data provider, and audio/content delivery servers. When connecting to these services, the provider may receive standard network-request information such as IP address and connection metadata under its own policies. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Recitations, prayer times, and other online functions may be affected by third-party availability or network quality.

8. Data retention

Support and feedback messages are kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle them, improve the service, or meet reasonable legal and technical requirements. Analytics and Crashlytics retention follows the configured Firebase settings and provider policies. Local data remains on your device until removed, the app is deleted, or storage conditions change.

9. Your choices and rights

• You may deny or withdraw location permission in iOS Settings.
• You may delete the app to remove its local app data, subject to system behavior and backups.
• If you submit a message containing identifying information, you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where legally applicable and technically feasible.
• You may choose not to use optional features that require online services or additional information.

10. Children

The app is suitable for general use and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Personal information is not required to use the Mushaf. If a child uses the contact feature, parental or guardian supervision should be provided where appropriate.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical safeguards to reduce unauthorized access, including encrypted connections, App Check, and appropriate access rules. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when features, services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised, and continued use is subject to the current published version.
